Travel Vloggers have made our destinations possible. Over the past decades, most people had misunderstood that traveling requires fortune. Thanks to all Vloggers, who made their own effort to prove that a middle-class family can also explore the world. Today, we will be highlighting the top 10 Indian famous travel vloggers, who shared budget travel experiences, from transportation to accommodation, from nature to culture, and from good to worse.

#1.  Varun Vagish > YouTube Channel Name – Mountain Trekker

With over 1.36M subscribers, Varun Vagish is the most famous Indian solo Travel vlogger. He created the channel in 2007 called Mountain Trekker. Although, you won’t see many trekking activities in his vlogs. He said in his vlog that he always loves to explore those places, which are occupied with mountains and valleys. I guess that may be the region he named the channel mountain Trekker.

Having a government job, nobody wants to mess up with their job for just dream to follow, right? especially we Indian. Well, that’s made him different. He actually quit the job to explore the world, and that’s his dream. So far now Varun Vagish has uploaded over 370 videos on his channel, in which he shared budget travel tips and his own travel experiences. Countries like the USA, Canada, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Serbia, Thailand, Bali, Kirgizstan, Italy, turkey, Russia, Turkey, Georgia, and more have been included in it.  He was awarded a National Tourism Award.

#2. Mohit Manocha > YouTube Channel Name – Traveling Desi


Mohit Manocha is Indian’s 2nd famous travel Vlogger, has traveled to more than 25 countries in which so far included the USA, UK, and 20 European countries, Canada, and about 25 European countries. Currently, he has over 1.3m subscribers on his YouTube channel. Initially, he pursued a career as a Software marketing executive..

In 2018, he created a channel on YouTube called Traveling Desi. Mohit makes a video on how to plan an international budget solo trip as well as a family trip. He also makes daily vlogs, in which he shows the culture of Canada. He has made over 400 videos and uploaded his own channel.

#3. Shubham Kumar > YouTube Channel Name – Nomad Shubham

After completing high school, Shubham made a decision to explore all around the world instead of going to college. He has said that “it was the best decision ever made by him.” In 2019, he joined YouTube and named his own channel called Nomad Shubham. This 18 years old man has traveled to 40 countries, including Russian, Thailand, China, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and more.

On his YouTube channel, he made over 942k subscribers and has uploaded over 200 videos. He usually travels the world through hitchhiking and Couchsurfing (it allows stay with locals). He has really shown, you don’t need a million dollars to finish a 1000-mile journey.

#4. Deepanshu Sangwan > YouTube Channel Name – Nomadic Indian

Deepanshu Swagman is another great backpacker, who has earned 929K subscribers on his YouTube channel. He quite the preparation of general competitions like CAT and SSC for traveling.

He visited more than 12 countries over the past three years. In 2017, he created a channel, where he has been sharing all his budget travel experiences. How many people would like to go to Afghanistan? I don’t think so anyone is going to agree with it. But you may surprise if I tell you that Deepanshu has been to Afghanistan, it makes you think that how much he is passionate about traveling.

#5. Mithilesh > YouTube Channel Name – Mithilesh Backpacker

With happy-go-lucky nature and friendly nature, Mithilesh has been traveling the world since 2016. His real motive to run the YouTube channel called Mithilesh Backpacker to motivate those people who don’t even think to travel due to budget issues. On his YouTube channel, he shared the experience of night & pool parties, travel tips, and how to meet people and make friends all around the world.

He has made more than 250 videos by shearing over 15 countries’ travel experiences. Countries like Bali, Kenya, Nepal, Ukraine, Russia, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, and more are included in his travel vlogs. He has earned over 706K subscribers.
